By accessing or using Match App (matchapp.tv), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create a MatchApp account, provide personal profile information, or purchase a paid plan.
Kids Mode is a family entertainment-discovery experience that can be used without a child account. A parent or legal guardian should supervise use by anyone under 16. Users under 16 must not create an account or submit personal profile information. Age-band choices in Kids Mode are used to filter age-appropriate titles and are not a substitute for parental judgment.
You are responsible for activity under your login. The same signed-in account works on supported devices. Keep access credentials secure and do not allow a child to create or control an account that does not meet the age requirement above.
The included daily allowance is currently 3 AI actions for guests, 5 for registered users, 10 for VIP, and 50 for Business. An included AI action may be used for one Match or one Ask AI request. After the included allowance is used, Extra Match packs extend Matches only and Ask AI credits extend Ask AI only. Business currently applies to one signed-in account; team seats are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Paid plans and packs are fulfilled only after Stripe confirms payment. Returning from checkout is not itself proof of payment. Entitlements are written after verified payment confirmation and then become available on the account.
MatchApp branding, original artwork and matching software are reserved. Entertainment titles, trademarks and posters belong to their respective owners. See Copyright.
Recommendations are provided as-is. Streaming catalogs and regional availability change frequently, so MatchApp does not guarantee that a title will be available on a particular service in every country at every moment. Availability alerts are convenience monitoring: they depend on third-party provider data, can be delayed or incomplete, and require an active account follow plus the delivery permissions you choose.
Adult e-book recommendations may include clearly identified affiliate links. MatchApp may earn a commission when an eligible purchase follows those links, at no additional fee charged by MatchApp for using the link. E-book purchases, prices, availability, payment, delivery, cancellation and refunds are governed by the selected retailer and applicable consumer law; MatchApp does not itself sell or license those books. Legal free-edition availability also depends on local copyright and source policies.
When you save profile identity information such as name, date of birth, age, star sign and country, some fields may be locked because they influence matching. You may delete your account from Profile. A deletion request enters a 72-hour deletion process; some limited records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, payment records, security, or legal obligations.
The free web service may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google AdSense as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookies page. Kids Mode does not contain AdSense ad slots and MatchApp does not intentionally use a child's Kids Mode age-band choice to personalize advertising.
We may update the service or these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use after an applicable change means you accept the updated Terms.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer, privacy, or child-protection rights that apply where you live. Questions about your account or data can be sent to support@matchapp.tv.
